Can you please explain acceptable concepts as relates to day programs? Example 'activity programs' (service code 505) that are open from 8:00 to 2:00 Mon through Fri.

If we previously reported that we were compliant in one of the final rule requirements, but now state that we are out of compliance in the same requirement, will this negatively impact our scoring?

Are there any restrictions on amounts awards in regards to per regional center, per service code, per concept type etc.?
