The data doesn't take into account that the general public's wages went up during that period of time too. Which is good (everyone deserves a raise!) But it highlights this trend is not specific to our population. And if compared to the general public, we may have seen that wages did not grow in the same level of the general population. It's hard for me to properly analyze this data.

Do you also have this data broken down by disability?

01:11:35
On the disability breakdown, consumers may have multiple diagnosis so it can be challenging to show the data by specific disability.

How many working age adult are within each category on this slide. This would help.

01:38:01
As part of a grant we take data on what their dream jobs are, work experience, how many hours they want to work, ethnicity, experience, etc

01:39:33
We are just starting the grant so this is baseline data and will be tracking employment - hours, salary, etc

01:41:56
IF WE BRING IN EMPLOYERS, WHAT DO WE WANT TO ASK?

01:42:36
We also need to ask those who are not receiving services - how many clients want to work and why haven't them be able to.

01:42:46
What challenges have they experienced with our population that we can support through either better training or additional programming
